Cost

The cost of the inspection is generally between $325 and $425 for a "standard" single family home. (call us for a specific quote) The fee is based on the complexity of the building, size, age and location. Additional Services Termite Inspection

As part of the standard inspection, we inspect for evidence of termite or wood boring insects, infestation, and previous structural damage caused by infestation.

Termite Certification

We recommend you contract for this yourself; will be happy to suggest 2 or 3 qualified companies for this.

Radon Testing

We use a continuous monitor, which is a sophisticated, electronic instrument that collects data hourly and is equipped with tamper detectors. With the inspection, the fee is only $125.
